During the test procedure for drains and fixtures for a
new home, the water that drained from the bathtub filled
the shower stall.
Over 80 lbs PSI is considered too much pressure for
plumbing fixtures...this home is in need of a pressure
reduction valve on the main water line before the water
enters the home.
Did someone just flush the toilet? Check out the duck tape!
Makes you want to offer full price for this baby! After the
fun is over...the sewer stands under the house...you
might want to call a licensed plumber next time?
The next time you have your roof replaced take a peek in
the attic. This home owner mentioned that the roof was
new and during the inspection we noticed that the roofer
had disconnected the vent to the water heater. The
result? Carbon Monoxide pouring into the attic. Do you
have a grandparent who has not had a home inspection
lately? It would be a great idea and it may even save a life!
