Fan compartment with heavy dust build-up, the insulation panels have collapsed into the fan housing, the cleanable filter is impacted and out of position, and the blower fins have dust debris build-up.				The home owner says that this unit was serviced in April. The burner jets of the right burner were severely clogged and at some point natural gas build up had ignited. Seeing this I was surprised that the house was still remaining for the inspection.
